Bryan Reginald James Finley

Peacefully, with family by his side, Bryan Reginald James Finley passed away on November 19, 2023 in Brandon, Manitoba, at the age of 55 years after a short battle with cancer.

Bryan will lovingly be remembered by his parents, Don and Mae Finley, brother Craig and sister Sharilyn (Kevin) Knox, as well as many other relatives and close friends.

Bryan's love for the outdoors was a defining aspect of his life. Whether he was hunting in the crisp autumn air or casting a line into a tranquil lake, he found solace and joy in the beauty of nature, spending time with closest friends. He adored animals, as was evident in the rescuing of his companion cats over the years, including his current sweet boy, Ollie. 

Professionally, Bryan was a longstanding and valued employee of Advic Bearing (Napa Auto Parts) in Dauphin, Manitoba. Bryan's dedication to his colleagues and his work ethic made him not just a colleague but a respected member of his work family.

Bryan’s family extends profound gratitude to the palliative care team and hospice volunteers for their exceptional compassion, support, and unwavering dedication, ensuring Bryan’s final days and wishes were filled with comfort and dignity.

In accordance with Bryan's wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. Bryan wished for quiet departure. His memory will be honored in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
