Carol was born on September 13th, 1950, on the farm on the edge of the Providence District in the LGD of Park to Bill and Anne Lukianchuk.

Shortly after, the family left the farm in the LGD of Park and moved to a farm southwest of Erickson. From there the family moved to Clanwilliam, and a few years later moved to a farm in the district of Scandinavia.

Carol met Ken in 1964 at a local dance. Carol and Ken moved to Esterhazy, SK for work for approximately 2 years. While out there they got engaged on May 1st, 1966. They decided to move back home in 1967. Ken and Carol were married in Erickson on September 6th, 1969, soon after they started the family farm and construction company. Carol worked at the Clear Lake Golf Course as a waitress, and casually at Sportsman’s Park.

In 1974 they started their family all while running the farm and construction business. Carol was the office manager, along with feeding the whole crew for many years, all while raising her 3 boys. Carol suffered the loss of her youngest son Kevin in 2010.

Carol and Ken spent countless hours with their kids travelling to many places for hockey games and only had time for a couple family vacations.

After Ken passed in 2014 Carol spent lots of time travelling with her family to hockey games and vacations. Including Phoenix, Minot, Ireland, Alberta, British Columbia, Parker Arizona and Las Vegas.
