Donald Paul Bilinsky passed away on January 31, 2026 at the Rossburn Personal Care Home at the age of 71.
He was born on July 1, 1954 in the Municipality of Rossburn to Paul and Rose Bilinsky.
Don attended school in Vista and was not keen on schoolwork. When his parents moved to Russell, he lived with them and they supported him as he had challenges. After a while he was able to move into a low rental with his parents’ help. Don loved cutting grass for neighbors and did odd little jobs.
Don loved to go to bingo, going to his brother’s farm and riding in the tractor which had to be John Deere. He also was a big fan of Elvis and collected anything with his name. Elvis was his idol.
When his parents passed away Don went to live in a group home in Brandon. As his health deteriorated, he moved to Rossburn Care Home until his passing.
Don was predeceased by his sister Phyliss, his parents Paul and Rose.
Left to morn his brother Richard (Levenia), sisters Evelyn, Sonia and Bernice and many nieces and nephews.
