Gary Ivan McLaughlin

Gary McLaughlin of Winnipeg passed away May 10, 2023 at his home at the age of 68 years.

With great sadness and heavy hearts, we share the passing of Gary McLaughlin. He passed suddenly in the comfort of his home Wednesday, May 10. Gary was a painter by trade but had many skills in different professions throughout his life and often moved where the work would take him, although the past 25+ years, he and his wife of 36 years resided in Winnipeg. 

He enjoyed spending his time watching many game shows, Jeopardy being his favourite, doing crosswords or other puzzles, playing Cribbage, spending time with his family and taking care of his grand-kitties when needed.

He was predeceased by his parents, Ruth and Melvin McLaughlin, sister Carol Reid and Brother Kenneth McLaughlin.

Surviving are his wife Valorie McLaughlin, Son Jesse McLaughlin and Daughter Veronica Berg (Jeremy Enns) and grandchildren Raymond, Tristan and Samuel Enns, Brothers Donny (Esther) McLaughlin, Allan McLaughlin, Calvin (Paula) McLaughlin, Nelson (Debbie) McLaughlin and Gordon (Paula) McLaughlin.

Serving as pallbearers are Calvin McLaughlin, Matthew McLaughlin, Nelson McLaughlin, Jeremy Enns, Jesse McLaughlin and Raymond Enns. Honourary Pallbearer is Larry Reid.
