Kay Tokaryk

Catherine (Kay) (nee Lukianchuk) Tokaryk passed away at Hillcrest Place Personal Care Home, Brandon, on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the age of 89 years old. She was born in the R.M of Strathclair, on January 25, 1933. She spent her younger years on the family farm near Horod, MB. She then married Alex Tokaryk on October 27, 1956. They raised their family by Tokaryk Lake, Strathclair, and then onto Brandon.

Kay will be remembered by her 3 sons, Derald, Larry (Julie), Kenny, and daughter Georgina (Gord); grandchildren Luke, Karli, Cole, Kalyn, Chelsea, Tyson; great-grandchildren Avett, and Kyrie. She will also be remembered by her sister Lena, and brother-in-law Allan Olson. She was predeceased by her husband Alex in 2007, his siblings; Mary, Anne, Tena, Margaret, Mike, Joe, Milton and Stanley; and by her siblings Harry, Bill, Nick, Fred, Mike, Joe, Paul, Steve, Pete, Ann, and Mary.

We would like to thank the Nurses and staff at Hillcrest Place for the care and compassion they showed to our mom over the time she spent there.
